Do I need a medical marijuana card?

No. You just need to be 21+ with valid identification.

Do your prices include tax?

Yes. Our prices are tax included, so the amount you see is what you pay, no surprises at the register.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, physical debit cards or Pay by Bank via Dutchie Pay. Dutchie Pay allows you to pay directly from a connected checking account using your phone without any added fees. If you are uncertain on how to use this method, please talk to one of our stellar budtenders and they can show you how to sign up in store! We also have an ATM on site.

Can I pay with a Credit card?

No. Due to federal regulations we cannot accept credit cards as forms of payment.

Why do I sometimes get cash back?

Our debit card readers work as a cashless ATM, meaning some prices must be rounded up to the nearest increment of five. You will be reimbursed the difference in cash. For example, an $18 purchase will be charged as $20 and you will get $2 back in cash.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes. Loyalty Members receive $5 off for every $100 spent. As you buy products, points accumulate on your account, and for every $100 spent pre-tax, you will receive $5 off on your next purchase.

Do you have a military discount?

Yes. Former and active service members with Military ID receive 5% off their purchase.

How much can I buy at once?

Under New York State law the legal limit is 3 ounces of flower (84 grams) and 24 grams of concentrates/edibles.

Can I use your bathroom?

No. We do not have a public restroom.

Can I consume cannabis in the dispensary?

No, you cannot consume cannabis products in store.

Where are you located?

We are located at 212 Ohio Street, Suite 2, Buffalo, NY 14204 in an historical building near Downtown Buffalo, and The Old First Ward! Some of our closest neighbors include Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino, Keybank Events Center, Resurgence Brewing Company, Hartman’s Distillery, Central Rock Gym, Ballyhoo, Buffalo Riverfest Park, Ironworks, Buffalo Riverworks and Helium Comedy Club.

Where can I park?

We have a devoted parking lot right outside our entrance, as well as ample parking available on surrounding side streets.
